Our Classroom Help Desk turns everyday school situations into purposeful communication practice. Learners compare a spoken lost-property request with a public notice, make and answer equipment requests, give directions to a new classmate, rehearse in two modes and explain why one important language choice fits.

The sequence makes audience, purpose, role, mode and tone concrete without suggesting that longer or more formal language is always better. Students move from explicit modelling and guided planning to partner simulation, transfer, reflection and independent evidence.
