Read carefully, qualify claims and propose a useful NAIDOC Week reading station. This undated Years 5–6 pack follows Leila, Jack and Sam as they test the clarity of their school-library display. The original story and two attributed factual passages support learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, distinct continuing cultures and individual contemporary achievements.

Learners examine a source's authority, purpose and limits, distinguish supported claims from broad generalisations and explain their evidence. Word families, qualified language and editing lead to a purposeful proposal, with separate planning, full draft, continuation and revision pages. Oral, pointing, drawing and adult-scribed responses are useful alternatives. A private learning folder offers the same participation.

Varied school-material maths covers fractions, decimals, percentages, multistep money and stock calculations, number rules, coordinate geometry, metric perimeter and area, timetables, mean, range and labelled bar graphs. A one-class table invites justified conclusions without treating it as evidence about every class or community.

Play Claim check with eight evidence cards and supplied reasons, or Decimal match with eight calculation cards and eight targets. Both cooperative games have full setup, turns, checks, retry and shared-win rules. Make a gatefold evidence card, a working pocket with insert and a rotating fact/source/limit/question dial. Illustrated directions and large parts are supplied. Four substantial untitled colouring scenes, reading-station design, a sourced display card, unique job-scheduling logic and reflection complete the pack.
