Investigate how technology changes daily life through home routines, work, travel and communication. Year 2 students compare tools, ask evidence questions, read contrasting fictional viewpoints and explain benefits, difficulties and what remains unknown. Manual tools count as technology, and a newer or faster device is not assumed to improve life for everyone.
