Help Foundation children explore what signs, people and routines can tell us about staying healthy and safe. Children interpret familiar symbols, explain practical actions, ask for useful help and check simple fictional health messages with an approved adult.

The eight core lessons cover symbol meanings, helpful community features, protective actions, school-approved helpers, clear help requests, message checking, practical assessment and a class guide. Two optional lessons offer a pretend symbol trail and a story-town helper guide. All essential teaching and assessment fit within Lessons 1–8; the optional lessons add practice without introducing a new assessment requirement.
