Classroom use

Choose activities to match learners rather than expecting every Foundation child to read or write independently. Drawing, pointing, spoken answers and adult transcription are supported. The Year 1–2 stretch route includes fuller sentences, explanations, comparisons and independent messages.

Games use ordinary counters; crafts use paper or thin card, crayons, scissors and tape, with adult cutting help. The lantern is a paper decoration. Participation and display are optional. No costumes, sweets, food handling or family disclosures are required.
