The Wall in the Middle Book Study

Develop visual literacy and reading comprehension through a structured study of The Wall in the Middle of the Book. Across five lessons, students use picture and text clues to infer meaning, compare settings, identify a story problem and solution, explain feelings and viewpoints, sequence and retell events, and create a logical new ending.

Classroom Use

Files are supplied as editable PowerPoint and PDF. The unit plan is 29 pages, the presentation has 15 slides and the quiz has 22 slides. Eight worksheet answer pages, two assessment answer pages and quiz answer slides are included. This is a digital product; no physical item is shipped. Purchase permits use by one teacher with their own class. Do not redistribute, resell, share the editable files or upload the resource to shared drives for other classes.
