Gruffalo Book Unit - Foundation

Teach a complete Foundation English book study around The Gruffalo with a balanced week of read-aloud discussion, story comprehension, sequencing, rhyme, character description, oral language, creative response and early writing.

The editable teaching presentation introduces the book, characters, setting, problem, solution, story sequence, rhyming language and discussion prompts. The editable quiz provides 10 alternating question-and-answer pairs using multiple choice, true/false and short-answer formats.
